Have minimal expectations. Better yet, don't expect, because if you don't, you don't get hurt as much.

i share the same sentiments as you. like ive mentioned, with no expectations, the fall will be neither hard nor painful.
but i guess, its hard not to have expectations right? and i find it hard not to expect, really.
